Training “Improving Customer Service”

Triple City in collaboration with Barleti Training and Testing Center through the Business Academy and Startups, brings the one-day training on “Improving Customer Service”! This training is dedicated to all those who want to learn and become even more skilled in the field of customer service. All the participants will be provided with a certificate of participation. The training will take place on the 10 th of April 2021 with a cost of 2.000 lek. There will be a 50% discount for all the students that want to participate in this training.
